This is your learning log to write down all of your achievements. At the end of each session you will need to write down what you have learned during the session and ask your tutor to sign it.

Look at the learning outcomes for each session. Your tutor will award credits for every session you attend and sign your log. Five extra credits will be awarded for 100% attendance during the programme.

At the end of the module your tutor will sign for all of your achievements during the module and recommend you for the award. A certificate of achievement will be awarded for every module completed.

You will also complete a questionnaire about your module to help us with programme development.
